Acer palmatum 'Trompenburg'
The Acer Palmatum Trompenburg will grow into a small tree with a rounded form. It's perfect for small gardens due to its size. The deeply pinnate foliage has rolled edges making the Maple Tree Trompenburg stand out amongst other Acer Trees. The foliage is purple/red in the spring, fading to green in the summer and then boasting orange/red autumn colours.
Trompenburg Maple will grow to just 4 m in 20 years. Like most Acer palmatum, plant it in a moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil, in the sun or light shade.
